Who we are

Vasquez Pipeline Co., doing business as Vasquez Pipeline and Fuel Construction ("Vasquez", "we"), is a fueling systems, pipeline, civil construction and concrete contractor in Southern California. This policy covers this website, vasquezpfc.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into one of our two forms:

• The contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the reason you're getting in touch, and your message. If you're writing about a job, your message may include your experience, certifications and where you're based.
• The quote form: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the type of work, the project location (optional), your timeline (optional), whether you have plans, and the project details.

Like most websites, the servers that run this site may also record basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser type. We use them only to keep the site working and secure. For example, the forms use your IP address for a short time to block repeated spam submissions.

What we don't collect

• No cookies. This site doesn't set any.
• No tracking. No analytics, advertising tools or social media pixels.
• No outside scripts or embeds. No other company's code, fonts, maps or videos load on our pages, so no one else can follow your visit through this site.

Because we don't track you across websites, there's nothing for your browser's "Do Not Track" setting to switch off.

How we use it

• To reply to your message or quote request.
• To scope and price the work you've asked about.
• To consider you for a job, if you've written to us about one.

We don't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing email.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

A few service providers help run this site. They handle your information only to provide that service to us:

• Render hosts this website.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
• Microsoft (Outlook) stores the email we receive.

To price a job we may share project details, but not your contact details, with suppliers, engineers or subcontractors.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and quote requests as business records for as long as the company operates, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Email info@vasquezpfc.com and we'll respond within 30 days. There's no charge. If you ask us to delete your information we will, except records of work we performed, which we keep as business and legal records.

If you'd rather not use the forms, you can email us directly instead.

Security

Pages and form submissions travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is for businesses and job seekers. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
